The time matches, so what's the problem could be?
Can be anything. The best way to find a problem is to add system. diagnostics section (enable trace log using wcf service configuration editor). Then check logs.

Your a legend! This was the exact cause of mine. Why MS couldn't have wrapped this in a better error propagation I have no idea...
